What you're buying
Eileen is a Windows desktop application that records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings. A Lifetime license ($100 one-time) grants you a perpetual personal license to install and use Eileen, including all future updates. A Monthly subscription ($5/month) grants the same license while the subscription is active.
License
Your license is personal: install Eileen on machines you use yourself. Don't redistribute the installer, resell it, or share your personal download links.
Payments & cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Cancel a monthly subscription anytime via the Stripe billing portal (request a link on the homepage) — access continues to the end of the paid period, then simply stops renewing.
Downloads & updates
Download links are personal and expire after 30 days; fresh links are free and instant from the homepage. Updates are announced by email with a new download link. You can unsubscribe from update emails without affecting your license.
Your data
Eileen's recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored as plain files on your computer and are yours. See the privacy policy for what (little) we handle server-side.
Bring your own AI
AI summaries require a summarizer backend you provide (Claude Code plan, Anthropic API key, or OpenAI API key). Usage costs charged by those providers are yours and separate from Eileen's price.
Warranty
Eileen is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Recordings and transcripts are best-effort; always verify anything important against the audio. Our liability is limited to what you paid. If something is broken, tell us — see the refund policy.
